So last night on my backpacking trip after almost 6 hours I couldn’t find the hut, so I decided to start heading back out until it got dark. I had no tent with me, but a sleeping bag. So I want to thank Bear Grylls who’s been training me for this event the last 7 years. I built wind blockers with big tropical leafs & put them on me to stay warm. Then I gathered up wood & built a fire. I would have froze to death if I didn’t know what to do in this situation.
